How to Quit
It’s not easy to quit. But it’s worth it. Don’t try to quit cold turkey, and don’t try to quit alone. Your best chances of quitting are combining cessation support, such as phone or in-person counseling or text-message-based support with nicotine replacement therapies to beat the cravings.
SmokeFreeTXT is a free, mobile text messaging service designed for adults who are trying to quit smoking. The program provides 24/7 encouragement, advice, and tips to help smokers quit smoking and stay quit.
